Hi John!

I remember some years back chancing to meet a nigger on the street who greeted 
me with "Hey peckerwood". I didn't know him so I replied with "All right" and 
let it go at that. If I had known him I would have said "Hey nigger". 

That said, in an employment situation only the head boss enjoys free speech. 
The amendment enjoins the government from interfering with the political 
speech of it's citizens, but not private employers or other authority 
figures.
