I thought you were doing .NET already.

I'm open to other languages. The only reason I'd rather NOT do it in VFP
is that I already know VFP; I need to branch out and expand my knowledge
into other areas.

Part of the fun is the sofwtare would need to run in a connected and
disconnected state. Get the latest roster files and league info, run the
games at the rink disconnected, then upload the stats. The rinks where I
play all have wireless connections, but it does go out from time to time
(Like when I et a last-minute call and need it the most). Sometimes I wish
it would go out more, other scorekeepers surf the web instead of watch the
game and get an accurate count for shots-on-goal.

My team could have used YOU last night. Got our heads handed to us, we
only had 9 skaters (and not our best 9); one was kicked out in the 1st
period, another in the 3rd. Good think we play again tonight, so we can
forget all about that one...

Lou

Tell you what...I'll take responsibility of the database design...you craft
the code in DotNet. ??? At this point, DotNet isn't in my near timeframe.
