Yes, I'm 50 now and my knees and back hurt already. I'm looking for some big
knee pads and some kind of a low seat with wheels for this.

I laid tile in a kitchen back when I was in my 20's. It came out fine. Two
tiles cracked but that wasn't so bad and I had replacements. The tile costs
more than the laminate and is harder to lay so I started thinking about
whether to stick laminate in the kitchen, too, though...

We won't even have all of the flooring done before we move in. Just the
parts required for the final inspection, plus we want all the materials
purchased. That way at least we will know we won't be waiting to have the
money for materials so we can finish the inside of the house.

The outside will probably take another 10 years to finish. We have a lot of
land for two people with no kids.
