Hi Virgil!

We have teenagers around here walking through the neighborhood checking car 
door handles to try to find a car unlocked. When they find one they ransack 
it, taking whatever they want from what they find.

The police catch them, but the judge lets them go. Somehow, I would prefer 
they sit around using free Wi-Fi, but no one ever listens to me on crime.
