Go right ahead - you'll be laughed out of the BBB!

In a previous life I had a construction business, and I can't tell
you how many times people tried to threaten me something like that
because I wanted to charge them for additional work they wanted. The
BBB doesn't blindly accept complaints as Gospel Truth; instead, each
is investigated and a possible resolution proposed. The people on the
BBB also have been around for a while, and if you tried to lodge a
complaint like the above, they would not bring a case against the
programmer.
