        Or, better yet, we could drop the whole century-old sham that Iraq  
is a country, and go back to the historic ethnic/religious boundaries  
that existed before the west created Iraq from the remains of the  
Ottoman Empire. Nation-building based on ease of oil production is  
not the smartest of ideas.
