Jean,

Yes, even without 3G. I use EVDO Rev. A on my laptop, and it is noticeably
faster, yet, browsing on my iPhone at a consistent 140 kbps is completely
usable. Even Google maps satellite images. Then again, my last 'web phone'
was a Blackberry that did standard EVDO. It was a curse on humanity. :)

Another quote from the linked page:

"Features don't mean a thing if they are hard to use. My N95 is feature
rich, but can be a real pain to use and set up (and please don't mention the
battery life or construction quality!). It's technology with a straight
lineage to the cell phones of the '80s.

The high satisfaction rate of iPhone users is incredible, and it's largely
because Apple understands that it's not about the device itself, but about
how transparently you can use it, and what you can do with it."

So you know, to each his own. I'm glad you like your N95. I think most
consumers would prefer the iPhone, though.

Actually, to back that up....

"Thirty-two percent of those surveyed who do not currently own an
iPhonestated that they do intend to purchase one, with 8 percent
planning to
purchase in the next three months and 22 percent planning to purchase "some
time in the future" the researchers said."

Oh, and I have big fat fingers, and the keyboard works fine. Have you tried
one yet?
