I have seen something in the wiki. There is also mention of oplocks which is
a registry key.

I would try to find something on the web (hopefully a microsoft site) that
states plainly - do not use write ahead caching with VFP.  If you get this
they can't ignore it and must decide if the benefits of using it out weigh
the problems with their VFP system.
