My favorite line with such matters is, "The 6 most dangerous words in the technical world are, "All you have to do is."! And, I have also come back with the, "Well, if it is that easy I guess my job is done here. Give me a call if you run into any need for my help."
Some times I find it is best to let a prospect find someone else to do a job as it would be too expensive for me to do it for what they deem is a reasonable price. I am certain in such cases they end up paying more elsewhere in the final analysis. As a friend of mine has said, "See you later MF, YoYo."
