Ha-Ha-Hah.  ROFLMAO!  Yes, of course, how I could have overlooked that one
is amazing.  Yeah, so I am here and instead of rushing off to another client
site to do some billable work you need me to be a friend and spend some free
time because I was not planning to get more billable time today.  Okay, I
guess that is fair (for someone).  That ranks up there with the old, "Oh, by
the way...", which means it is what they had in mind from the start.  Having
my business model based primarily on recurring license fee revenue helps
offset the impact of these little situations.  But it does not negate it
fully.  Cost of doing business, is it?  Ok, then I guess the base rate must
then go up to help offset these little issues!  heh-heh
