No lie--I just got this in an email from a client:

    "...and noticed another issue that perhaps you could easily resolve
    when you modify the summary sheet."


and earlier this week it was:

    "We are changing the way we report job bids and would like two small
    changes in our reporting and query ability:"
    <snip>
    "Hopefully this won't be a complicated request, and one you could
    provide for us quickly."


He's an old Fox 2.x/Fox-Mac developer (before Visual Foxpro).  I 
contemplate sending him Rick Strahl's blog/article from earlier in this 
thread!  Of course, as (bad) luck would have it...the areas he wants 
changes are the areas where it's the biggest PITA in the entire 
application.  It's the area where I'd warn other developers to make sure 
they've got their Excedrin and Mountain Dew handy. <g>  I cringe having 
to do "surgery" (even the slightest invasive procedure) in that section 
of the program.  Ugh....<shudder>
