Whil - - I went from a Palm PDA to a Windows CE phone/PDA. You are right -- no brainer -- CE/Windows Mobile inhales vigorously. I, too am in search of calendar nirvana. We have a master calendar in Outlook on the Paper Queen's computer. Purge and fill my Outlook from hers. Synch my PDA/Phone from that. Inhales *very* vigorously. Plus I have to have all of her and the kids' calendar items on my PDA. <shudder>
I have been watching the calendar project on Mozilla and Google calendars. They show promise. Synchronizing the PDA's seems to be a barrier. Also the PQ's desire to have a printable calendar... I am in empathy with your quest.
