How are you implementing it? I was thinking I'd have to develop a desktop
client that allows the users to grab their data, convert to vfp, then to xml
and send. On the other hand, I've been looking at creating a web page that
let's them browse to the data, then upload via xml. Long term, I think the
desktop app is going to be the way to go, or maybe even a system service.

We love XMLHTTP, and use it extensively, John.

We are looking at creating a statewide jail and warrant database, which
means there may be over 200 sources for data. We didn't want to go through
setting up ftp folders for each agency, etc. As an alternative solution, I
was thinking of using xmlhttp to send the files to our server from each
agency. Have any of you gone this route?
