A useful example that I created some time ago is available at
http://www.intellectiongroup.com/Resources/SmallFramework.zip; it's in the
public domain as far as I'm concerned.

To install it, unzip the download into a folder on the C: drive and follow
the directions in ComTestSub.txt. Ping me if you have questions or problems.

We have a far larger and more robust version of this that we use to create a
variety of complex extranet applications. It's rock solid and has a
lightweight footprint on a server infrastructure. It's VFP, too, so it's
fast.
