1.  Educating users?  That only works if you have the
authority to fire the retards who refuse to listen. 
The same morons would set off a virus every single
time at former job sites, without any chance of
termination.

2.  I disagree with not having anti-virus software
running.  While some are performance hogs, many are
not.  My AVG never seems to bog anything down.

3.  Although Firefox may be more secure, it doesn't
work on every site.

4.  I would use thunderbird every time over outlook.
