However, everything the Bush Administration has done is timed to fall on the next elected administration that will, no doubt, be blamed for a poor economy, raising taxes or not providing enough in the way of services due to the necessity to reduce spending. In the mean time the Bush Administration will continue its "Stay the Course" policy on Iraq, borrow more money from other countries like China, and then beg congress to authorize additional spending in the billions to continue the occupation of Iraq.
