Actually, I just did that.  Turns out that the UAC had nothing to do with
it.  I turned it back on, and everything's fine.  But when I enabled Offline
Files, the problems returned, both in VFP and in Office 2007.  So, the
Offline Files setting alone was apparently what was causing my problems -
not the UAC.
