This morning I couldn't do anything with my computer. The disk access light was solid, but running task manager and looking at performance, I was getting very low CPU use, like 1-5 percent.
I couldn't do anything, everything was taking forever, yet the CPU utilization was very low and it wasn't like the histogram was stopped, it kept ticking off as usual. Anyone ever see anything like this before? I rebooted once, and when it started up it went right back to being stuck again. Finally I had reboot into safe mode, shut off all the anti-virus and anti-spyware services, then reboot into regular mode, and now it appears OK.
