So why should the tech companies, and others, hire American workers when they 
can jerk these people around for years at lower salaries?  I guess it shows 
that it's not the availability, but the price and control of workers that 
causes companies to bring in outside help.

Or, could it be that our school system is too busy making the students feel 
good about themselves rather than actually teaching them anything useful?

It's a puzzlement!
