Of course the smartest Indians come to America rather
than stay in a backward, poor, and filthy country.
None of my Indian friends want to go back and they
visit their relatives very infrequently.

However, that doesn't mean US industry hires them
because they can't find equally-brilliant people here.
They hire them for their work ethic, their low
salary, and their controlability.

I have an Indian friend who has worked for the same
company since at least 2000 under disgusting work
conditions and low pay, yet cannot change jobs because
she's basically an indentured servant. She has an
insane boss yet must continue to deal with his
insanity or, I guess, be deported.
