I write a spec initially which then becomes the user manual with a bit of
editing then offer them the choice - extensive testing at extra cost or
accept it as it is with a promise that I'll fix any bugs where it doesn't
work as in the manual.  Any changes they pay extra.  I've never had any
problem so far.
