        Writing a book would be a wonderful thing, but unfortunately it is a  
luxury we cannot afford. Recognizing that, we have tried to document  
as much as possible on our Wiki, and just happen to have exactly what  
you asked for there:

        As far as a guide to creating a simple database app, there is always  
the AppWizard, which can do that in about 30 seconds. We have a  
screencast on that, and also a couple on building an app manually  
using the Class Designer:
