Ok, I've seen this referenced a couple times now this week, on 
TechRepublic and now whatwg.org. 

Twitter to me seems silly and something that would cause wastes of time 
(mostly due to it's apparent lack of organization...it's all chatter of 
sort but not well categorized at first glance...combined with the 
distraction just like email and instant messaging can be).

Looking for your opinions on twitter.com.
