I want to negotiate a new salary and currently I'm in most respects a IT Manager generalist - I do it all. One of those "expert at nothing but knows something about everything".... more or less. I do programming in PHP and Access (some other bits as well), System Admin (Linux), Networking, DB Admin, fix printer jams and tell people to reboot their computer...
I've done some googling, been to some websites such as Monster, Salary.com, etc. According to them I'm either drastically underpaid, or they have their heads in the clouds.... If you were going to quote sources for a salary increase, where would you go look and wave around as a basis for an increase in salary? -- Matthew S.
