well I think that seems to be correct. expertise is no longer any use. We as
programmers are, well lucky I guess that a certain amout of expertise is
still required. Untill that all goes to India that is but we've done that
one

        I don't follow. You're saying that bookstores used to offer superior
service, but that people preferred online buying, resulting in bookstores
having to cut wages to compete, which then results in poor service.

        Sounds to me like most people don't value the sort of service that
was formerly available.
