The application reads and writes files on the network all day long but it is only having this problem in one place and the size of the file being written is a very small file compared to others.
I am going to put a wait state prior to the closing of the files to slow the program down and see what affect that has. Thanks for all your help and I'll let you know. I am also going to investigate write caching on that computer.
