It's obvious what the problem is here, and it isn't the equipment, but the
operator. Actually, to carry it further, it's the public school system he
attended, or maybe if he was drinking, it might be the perveyor of alcohol.
Usually a sloppy education system only cost employers money and aggrevates the
people who have to deal with those who can't count or do math. This time it
was more serious. In any case, he proved himself too stupid to go on living,
sadly.
As far as the glib sayings that were presented... none got it right. It's
"guns don't kill people, postal workers kill people!"
