Subject: [NS] Discuss Microsoft Exchange Server and equivalents

I have a client that wants to share emails and calendars amongst his
employees from a central computer. I have started looking at Microsoft
Exchange Server but it is a very expensive system and is getting very
complex. Its hardware requirements are a 64-bit PC and some OS version of
Microsoft Server 2003 which I suspect will also cost a lot.

Does anyone have an opinion on this system or know of equivalent software to
do the same task?
