Well, no. You have WinForms and WebForms as standard libraries. WinForms 
is jsut a wrapper for the standard Windows controls and GUI elements, 
but there's nothing to stop you using an alternative AFAIK. It just 
wouldn't be supported in Visual Studio natively etc.
