family before killing 5 people in a shoting spree.
An everyday thing in Iraq, but this was in Missouri. He was upset
about having to pay some parking tickets, so he went into the city
hall, pulled out a pair of guns, and proceeded to kill two policemen
and three city officials before he was killed.
