It maybe what you call food is your problem?

Is there a variety in your intake? Are there at least 2 colors on your
lunch and dinner plate excluding the starch? Does your starch always have
color in deep orange, blue, purple or other not in ("white", "off white",
"cream")?

I am in no way a nutritionist, but I can mess with their heads over ways to
prepare what they "think" you should eat.

I just started taking vitamins durring a few weeks with the cold this
winter. Before that no I didn't take vits. Is there really that much to
them? IMO it is all about your mind, if you want them to work you will feel
great.
