Hi Stephen!

Yeah, a definite maybe. Shopping list: Green Pepper, Cucumber, Banana,
Apricot, Lettuce, Beef, Pork (sorry 'slims), Yam, Fig, Strawberry, 100%
Natural 9 Grain Bread, Old Fashioned Peanut Butter, Shredded Wheat, 2% Milk.
Lunch is usually Chinese Restaurant Vegetable Soup small order which is about
1 1/2 pint ($1.66, I give the girl $3, tremendously sweet, has little kids).

In my experience the vitamins make a difference, but it takes a few months on
the right vitamins to start feeling well if you were very depleted. The
government Vitamin C "requirements" are only enough to prevent
scurvy, "ideal" intake is a lot more. I take 6000mg per day of C. To take
that much it has to be "time release", 2000 per meal.

There are upper limits that should not be exceeded on a few vitamins: A (as
oil) 100,00 IU; D 5,000 to 25,000; Calcium 2,000mg; Zinc 150mg; Potassium (as
Chloride) 25G; Sodium 14G.
