Well, my wife does cut around in a fully loaded Honda Pilot, and since I
only drive about 6,000 miles per year I cut around in a conservative 2005
Suzuki XL7, with only 24,600 miles on it (of which I put on only 10,400 of
those miles in the past 18 months). We could have gotten a Mercedes SUV for
less then the Pilot (Lynda's employer is a multi-frachise new car dealer),
but we felt the Honda was a better value. We could have also chosen an
Audi, BMW, Mazda, or Porsche Cayenne SUV, but the smart money was on the
Pilot.
