Sorry, just got back from Circuit City. There is currently a plan in the work to develop a coal burning electric generating plant near hear, and so I've heard some news about it on local T.V. There were also plans to build 3 coal burning electrical generating plants, one to be located in Colorado City, near Abilene in 2007. The electric company planning to build the plants was then acquired by another electric company that canned the projects because of environmental concerns.
