I can applaud Ed on this one. <g> It's not a level playing field, and telling the US IT worker that he can't make above $20/hr because our good brothers overseas work for that or less is horseshit. Any company that sells out its workforce for a cheaper buck overseas should have some sort of responsibility to help fill the void he left behind in their nation's economy.
