I believe our IT brothers/sisters overseas are no less quality (with 
exception) than we are...however, I'd really like to know how their 
managers compare to our managers.  You know where I'm going with 
this.....outsource the top management...the Chiefs....not the Indians 
who are actually doing the real work.  Outsourcing the CxO levels would 
certainly save bazillion dollars.  For some reason, many of these 
foreigners seem more ethical than their US counterparts.  No proof of 
that, though....just a feeling.
