Until recently I would agree. However, I'm concerned about the recent petty arguing about what should be in NF and OT (i.e. the 'Abuse footer'). Personally I find this *more* annoying than the odd off-topic message in NF. In the past a quick 'please move to OT' generally worked. We're all guilty of off-topic posts, it's only human nature. There's posts recently where the person could have simply deleted the messages. Hey, I regularly delete threads I'm not interested in, for example the US election. I'm not a US citizen so I have no say in this. Delete. Please don't get me wrong, I love this mailing list. I really, really *hate* web based forums. Maybe I'm 'old-school' or something but I've been batch downloading messages since the fidonet days and replying at my leisure. Keep up the good work Ed!
