Dave and others reported that the connection string failed, and when I 
checked with my ISP, that database server had been scrubbed.  So he's 
kind put up another for me for the purposes of this demo.  Here's the 
correct string you should have in the dsn.ini file:

DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51 
Driver};SERVER=db1.dssco.net;UID=piecerate_test;PWD=yooth4ge;DATABASE=piecerate_test;option=131609
