Now how Tall is that ice sheet? I don't care how deep the sheet is for this
purpose because that volume is all part of the current sea level today.

I have a glass of rabbit pellet ice and added water to fill it. I place
that on the table. Will it overflow when the ice melts? will there be a
huge puddle on my table?

I take same glass, and an icicle in the glass. I add the water to full and
now what happens.

that polar caps are not the primary issue here as compared to the glaciers
that exist today. That river of ice that is 200 ft thick and a half a mile
wide. It happens to be at 20,000 ft in China. this is what I am
considering as the only real itmes that could make a noticeable change in
sea level.

YMMV
