This cheap, miserly, crankly old son-of-a-bitch landlord I had in PA never returned my deposit. So I sent him a registered letter about a month ago clearly stating that giving him until the end of this month to refund my deposit (politely saying that I guess the delay was because he didn't have my forwarding address) or else I'll file a complaint with the district justice.
I can't stand folks who would cheat, steel-from, or otherwise f*ck with me. I think I'm going to enjoy (in some sad way) taking this m.f. to court if he doesn't pay.
