some people are good and some are not. Them changing the thermostat on you is borderline. Turning off the access it terrible. Borderline is that you put it to 80, and you forgot to adjust it while you were gone. You tend to leave for days at a time don't you? They were just being green. sorry. You may find that in the lease they can adjust it in your absence if they are renting with utilities included. Any judge would back them in todays mind set of don't waste utilities.
