        I don't buy your loaded question. Are you an expert in every possible  
field? Let's take medicine: you consult a physician who gives you  
medical advice to buy a certain drug, which you dutifully follow. The  
doctor knows that what he told you to take is dangerous, but he stands  
to make a lot of money by pushing that drug. A couple of years later  
the scam is revealed.

        To follow your approach, the patient here is "stupid", and should be  
left holding the bag, while the doctor and pharmaceutical company  
should be financially rescued by the government.
