What a great way to harness database technology.  One would think the
various law enforecement agencies, especially at the state and Federal level
would have already had that capability.  But, if law enforcement agencies
are run anything like civilian businesses I bet they just have a bunch of
disjointed and corrupted databases that are "too hard" to link together in
any kind of really useful manner.

Anyway, my hat is off to you for your efforts, and the good it can do in the
situation cited.  Even if I were otherwise inclined to put out some kind of
smart-assed quip, given the scenario you shared with us such a quip would
hardly be socially correct.  I really do not think I can conjure up a more
hated slice of society than those who prey on children.
