Michael, Could you add code to your server based application to copy (from within your FPW app) all tables to another folder, reboot, and before starting your app, copy back the previously copied versions of your tables to your production app's data area?
I'm assuming that copying your tables from within FPW would preserve their integrity while shutting down open tables would not.
