I actually sell the whole package, and the legal is a part of it. But yes,
there are caveats. They're good for things that are pretty standard. You get
document review up to a certain number of pages, and discounts on most
services. The hourly rate for legal work is capped at $75 or $89 or $109,
depending on what they're doing or whether they are in court.

I thought it was a pretty good deal whether I wound up paying hourly or not
because the rate is not $300 per hour for basic stuff.

The last time I had an attorney on retainer I got charged nearly $2500 to
prepare a pretty standard LLC organization document. No thank you.
