Instead of all the polish that a fanboy would give, this is from the other
side of the tracks.

You have to go through the comments to see others chime in or offer a better
translation of what is happening.

Can Silverlight overcome Flash?  Not in 1 year with only a js working
interface.  Give it some time and the tools that do make it part of the .Net
experience  you will see a lot more coming.  I know that M$ is soliciting me
for better use of it for their marketing.

Overcoming the need to INSTALL the plugin for your browser is the biggest
hurdle we as developers have to face.  If we design it, will they install
the necessary files to come in?--

I hope that the Olympics will get a lot of positive reviews and results for
using Silverlight.  Only time will tell.
