I've actually had enough cool-down time after my decade of getting the 
crap beat out of me by MSFT to have forgotten the pain and agony. So my 
post was actually more objective than it might at first appear.

The point is that, like Paul said, we've been lied to and screwed for so 
many years that even if they've turned over a new leaf, a lot of us 
won't ever believe them again. And that means they've got a hard sell in 
front of them. Which is kind of shame.
