1) Anaheim is not Los Angeles 2) Traffic does not usually permit an average speed of 66 mph through the greater LA area I live in the LA area and have driven all over it. On a very good day at an opportune time of day you might make it from the eastern part of the LA area to LV, but it wouldn't be something you could count on.
