I think a 100th of a second for a refresh is considered extreme. I am not even 
sure VFP can
physically refresh the data that quick. You will minimally be flooding the 
network with indexes and
data buffers, which will bog the entire system down. Have you tested this in a 
network
configuration? All VFP will be able to do is refresh the data, which means 
things like committing
changes back to the server will slow down significantly.
