I'll take a look specifically for that. I did check into wrongful
foreclosure, and plan to amend our cross-complaint to add that cause of
action. I also filed a lis pendens so the lawsuit would show on the title.

It really was a long shot to get a bond since we don't own any other real
estate, but I had to try.
